Maintenance Scheme

The Memorial and Grave Maintenance Scheme is a service specialising in the care and maintenance of graves for people who are unable to look after the resting place of friends and loved ones.

If you live too far away, or find it too difficult to physically manage the work, we offer a high quality service that you can rely on.

Memorial Work
At each visit, we will carry out light cleaning work on the memorial. However, if we find that the memorial is exceptionally dirty or that the inscription needs renewing, we may recommend additional work to restore its appearance. We will supply you with a free, no-obligation quotation before any additional work is undertaken.

Flowers
You can order flowers to be placed on the grave, either at the time of our visit or on a separate occasion. If you wish to take advantage of this service, please indicate your wishes on the order form. The flowers supplied will be a selection of those in season and they will be arranged in a new flower container and placed on the memorial. Please note that this service is not available unless there is an existing hole in the memorial base in which the flower container can be placed. A holly wreath can be supplied at Christmas for the same cost as the flowers.

Premier Service

At each visit, our staff will carry out a comprehensive range if work which will include:

• Grass strimming of the grave and immediate surrounding area
• Weeding and general tidying up
• Light cleaning of the memorial
• Placing of flowers on the grave (for additional charge)

Standard Service

Some Cemeteries carry out their own maintenance of graves. We therefore offer a Standard Service, which will include:

• Light cleaning of the memorial
• Placing of flowers on the grave (for additional charge)

Frequency
We will visit the grave as often as requested. It may be that you wish for the grave to be tended on a regular basis, or perhaps just on special occasions. you can indicate your wishes on the order form. to help you decide your requirements, the following table shows the time of year that we would normally carry out the number of tendings you choose.

Photographic Record
We will send you a photograph of the tended grave after each of our visits, so you have a personal record of the work we carry out on your behalf.
