At your time of need, our funeral directors are here for you.
During this difficult time, our caring funeral directors and staff are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We offer compassionate guidance and support throughout the process ahead.
We are a family-owned company with more than a century of experience caring for the bereaved with consideration and empathy, supporting our clients through their emotions.
Funeral Service Arrangements
However individualised your plans might be, our funeral directors will work with you every step of the way to shape a service that best reflects your loved one and celebrates their life. We are transparent about our funeral costs and will provide you with a thorough written estimate in advance, so you are prepared for every aspect of the funeral arrangements.
Pre-Paid Funeral Planning
Purchasing a funeral plan can give you and your loved ones peace of mind, knowing that all the arrangements are coordinated and paid for. Funeral planning is a sensible and cost-effective way of leaving your affairs in order, so your loved ones can focus on grieving and celebrating your life.
Our memorial showroom is located at our head office in Great Yarmouth. With our own stonemason on staff, we can help you design and create a unique, personalized memorial for your loved one. Done by hand, each memorial is created with the utmost compassion, care, and attention to detail.

As the spread of Coronavirus continues, we want to reassure our families that we are adhering to the Government guidelines to minimise the spread of the virus, as well as provide our families with the same high level of care that has become expectant of us.
We have made the difficult decision to implement some additional procedures. These have been made to keep everyone as safe as possible.
We remain open to the public, but would strongly advise you to stay at home. Should you need us, please call us, as most enquiries can be dealt with over the phone. If there is a requirement to visit us in person, please limit this to 2 people maximum. This limit will be strictly enforced, based on the Government guidelines on Social Distancing.
If you plan on visiting your loved one whilst they are in our care, please adhere to the above rules on 2 people visiting at a time. If people are travelling from different households, then separate visits will need to be arranged. All visits are required to be by appointment please.
We will no longer be supplying limousines on funerals, as they breach the Government guidelines on Social Distancing. We can still travel from a private address, if you wish, where you can follow the hearse in your own cars.
On advise from our local crematoria, only immediate family are requested to attend the funeral service. We have been instructed that we must not carry the coffin in to the Chapel, but use a wheeled bier instead, and that the curtains will be closing at the end of the ceremony.
Thank you for considering our comments. These are difficult times for us all. Our services may have changed in the last week or so, but our commitment to you and your loved one has not.
